President: Joseph Mattarella
Jason Mattarella started his experience over 20 years ago attending a military operated diesel university that specializes in heavy machinery and racing engines. Upon graduation, Mercedes Benz as well as Toyota, sponsored Jason to receive several electrical certifications to work on their high end luxury vehicles. After a few years of working at Mercedes and Toyota and gaining experience in the automotive industry, Jason trained to become chief engineer on a ship that serviced off shore oil rigs. Even though the position allowed Jason to work on massive marine diesel engines, being off shore for months on end, Jason ultimately, missed being at home with his kids and decided to open up his own speciality mechanic shop in 2008. He wanted to specialize in racing and muscle vehicles, luxury yachts, heavy machinery, as well as luxury coaches and trailers. Soon he was the main diesel mechanic for Fort Lauderdale’s Amerigas fleet of trucks and Broward Nelson. With his new client interface, he was able to do personalized and custom work for a variety of clients and build his experience beyond that of mechanical and engineering work. He has since gained experience in doing massive construction projects, high-end welding, and working with professions in the equine industry. His future goals for the company is establishing a new name that will allow him a more variety of work outside of mechanics and engineering alone.
On his down time Jason enjoys taking out his boat to Peanut Island and spending time with the kids.
Vice President: Cynthia Raaijmakers
Cynthia Raaijmakers is the project manager of M&R Enterprise. She originally graduated in 2020 with a masters in Business Biotechnology from a major Florida University and got on board with a start up pharmaceutical company shortly after. She worked as their quality control specialist for several years until they became the victim to the downfall of the economy. Cynthia then joined the team to be the project manager and assistant engineer.
On the side Cynthia enjoys creating artwork and playing with her dachshund Oscar.
