Joseph (Jason) Mattarella brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and engineering work, rooted in his early education at a military-operated diesel university specializing in heavy machinery and high-performance racing engines. Following his graduation, Jason earned multiple electrical certifications through sponsorships from Mercedes-Benz and Toyota, enabling him to work on their luxury vehicle lines and refine his expertise in automotive systems.

After several years in the automotive industry with both Mercedes and Toyota, Jason advanced his career by becoming a certified chief engineer aboard a vessel servicing offshore oil rigs. This role gave him the opportunity to work on large-scale marine diesel engines; however, the extended time away from family led him to pursue a different path.

In 2008, Jason opened his own specialty mechanic shop with a focus on racing and muscle cars, luxury yachts, heavy equipment, and high-end coaches and trailers. His reputation quickly grew, leading to major contracts, including servicing Fort Lauderdale’s AmeriGas fleet and Broward Nelson vehicles.

Jason’s commitment to excellence and adaptability has allowed him to expand far beyond traditional mechanical work. Over the years, he has taken on large-scale demolition and construction projects, precision welding and fabrication, and has worked closely with professionals in the equine industry. His diverse portfolio showcases a rare blend of technical depth and real-world problem-solving across multiple industries.

Looking ahead, Jason plans to rebrand and evolve the company to reflect its growing range of services and to pursue a broader scope of work beyond mechanics and engineering alone.

Cynthia Raaijmakers serves as the Vice President of M&R Enterprise, bringing a unique blend of scientific expertise, regulatory insight, and business leadership to the team. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Biotechnology in 2020 from a major Florida university and soon joined a startup pharmaceutical firm, where she worked as a quality control specialist. Her role was vital in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence until the company was impacted by broader economic downturns.

Following this, Cynthia expanded her skill set through contract work with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), assisting in quality assurance for the agency’s newly implemented Pilot Records Database and auditing shareholder proposals for regulatory reporting. These experiences honed her precision, attention to detail, and understanding of complex government systems.

With a strong background in quality control and regulatory compliance, Cynthia joined M&R Enterprise as Vice President to support the company’s expansion, streamline its internal operations, and elevate the client experience.
